The chinchilla community is fortunate to have two organizations dedicated to the advancement of chinchillas world-wide: Empress Chinchilla Breeders Cooperative and the Mutation Chinchilla Breeders Association. WK's Designer Chins encourages all chinchilla enthusiasts to join these organizations and benefit from the shows, magazines, seminars and camaraderie they offer whether you are a breeder or a pet owner. With state and regional branches and chapters, extensive networking can be done close to home and carried to the national level as you grow.
